    Document Application

    • Please submit the certificate application form to the Administration Team on the 1st floor.
    • Document issuance typically takes about 2–3 business days from the date of request.
    • Certificates can only be issued upon official discharge; for provisional discharges, documents can be collected during the next outpatient visit.
    • Documents for submission to companies (e.g., medical opinion letters) can only be issued if requested in advance.

    Inpatient Parking

    To help you focus solely on your treatment, Gangseo K Hospital provides free valet parking service

    • Parking Lot: Located at the rear and basement levels of the hospital building
    • Free Parking Duration: Up to 6 hours free on the day of admission, surgery, and discharge (1 vehicle per patient or guardian)
    • Visitors: First hour free, then KRW 1,000 charged for every additional 30 minutes
    • For parking-related inquiries, please contact the Parking Team on B1.

    Visiting Hours

    To prevent infection and ensure patient stability and speedy recovery, visiting hours are strictly limited as follows:

    Weekdays, Weekends, and Public Holidays : 6:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM

    Only one designated visitor with an access pass is allowed during visiting hours.
    (Visitors are freely allowed in the 1st-floor lobby.)
